After attending art school on Merseyside I completed a BA in illustration and graphics at Bristol Polytechnic in 1980. Since then I've worked as a designer and illustrator within the advertising industry, running my own design studio for the last 10 years.

Over the years I've covered a wide range of subjects in a variety of illustration styles, from designing cartoon characters for print and web, through architectural perspectives to portraits using pencil and watercolour.

The photography is a more recent passion and a response to the wonderful coastline where I now live.
